Set behind a bright, welcoming front door, Church Street Garden Apartment offers a thoughtfully styled two bedroom stay in the heart of Broughty Ferry, a charming coastal suburb just four miles east of Dundee.
Recently refurbished and located on the ground floor, the apartment combines comfort with convenience.
Just moments from a lively mix of cafes, restaurants and independent shops, as well as the sandy beach and harbour, it is an ideal base for enjoying the relaxed seaside atmosphere. For larger groups or families travelling together, there may be the option to book another apartment within the same building, allowing you to stay close while still enjoying your own space. Living Space and Bedrooms The apartment features a bright and comfortable living area, designed for unwinding after a day out. A living flame gas fire adds a cosy touch, making it a welcoming space throughout the year. There are two well presented double bedrooms.
One benefits from a king size bed with a high quality mattress and down duvet, while the second offers a comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for all guests. The modern bathroom is finished to a high standard and includes a spacious walk in shower. Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay, whether you are preparing a simple breakfast or a full evening meal. A dedicated dining area provides seating for four, making it easy to enjoy meals together or plan the day ahead. To the rear of the property, a small private garden offers a quiet outdoor space, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink when the weather allows. Within a short walk, you will find a variety of cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops, along with well known stores including M and S and Tesco. The nearby beach, castle and waterfront paths are perfect for relaxed walks, cycling or family outings, with a children’s play park at Castle Green also close by. The area is well placed for exploring further afield.
Dundee is just a short drive away, while St Andrews, Carnoustie and Glamis Castle can all be reached within around 30 minutes.

The overall view of the property was that it was a lovely home from home. It was clean , warm and comfortable. It was our first time staying in Broughty Ferry and we loved it.
