Set on the site of one of Broughty Ferry’s historic Victorian mansions, the apartment enjoys a central location close to the seafront, beach, shops, and transport links.
Step down to the waterfront to spot dolphins or relax on the balcony while watching the light shift across the River Tay. Living Space and Bedrooms The open plan living area is bright and elegant, with views across the River Tay. The space combines a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining table for four, and a lounge area with sofa and chairs.
Glazed doors and monochrome styling create a light and welcoming environment that extends throughout the hallway, bedrooms, and bathroom. Both bedrooms feature king size beds, with the second bedroom capable of splitting into two singles if needed.
Bedroom one opens onto the balcony, making it a perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise over the river.
The bathroom is generously sized and includes a walk-in shower, separate bath, large sink, and WC, providing a luxurious space to refresh after a day exploring. Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, with modern appliances and a breakfast bar for casual meals.
