There is a downstairs bathroom with walk in shower, alongside an additional upstairs shower room. Outside, the secure south west facing garden is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon and evening sun, with seating areas and decking connecting directly to the kitchen.
A rear gate opens onto a community park and developing wildflower meadow.
The private driveway accommodates at least two cars, with additional on street parking available if required, and a garage for storing golf clubs, bikes and outdoor equipment. Location Westland Shores is well placed in the East Neuk of Fife for exploring nearby coastal villages, golf courses including Kingsbarns and the Old Course, and the coastal walks and seafood restaurants of Crail. lovely property - good location, great enclosed garden and vey comfy beds
few cobwebs but only issue was inconsiderate parking by neighbours which impossible to control

Really lovely home, really clever layout, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxed stay, partly staying in and cooking, and also a great base for going out. The coastal path is right on the door step, and it’s only a few minutes walk to pubs, shops and restaurants on the main street. Would definitely book again
