Twin Bridges is a spacious penthouse apartment set within Dundee’s popular City Quay waterfront.
Overlooking the River Tay, the apartment offers generous living space and a relaxed setting just a short walk from the city centre. Arranged over two floors, the property provides comfortable accommodation for up to six guests and welcomes pets, making it well suited for families, groups of friends or couples visiting Dundee.
The waterfront location combines peaceful river views with easy access to the city’s shops, restaurants and cultural attractions. Living Space and Bedrooms The apartment includes three well sized bedrooms designed for a comfortable stay.
The main bedroom is located on the upper floor and features a double bed with its own en suite bathroom, offering a quiet and private space. The second bedroom includes a king bed, while the third bedroom is arranged as a twin room, ideal for children or friends travelling together. At the centre of the apartment is a bright open plan living area where the lounge, dining space and kitchen come together.
Large windows bring in natural light and allow guests to enjoy views towards the river. Comfortable seating creates a welcoming place to relax after a day out exploring, whether that is watching a film, catching up with friends or simply enjoying the view. Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes modern appliances to make preparing meals simple and convenient.
The open plan layout allows everyone to gather together while cooking, dining or relaxing. A dining area within the space provides a comfortable place for shared meals. Terrace and Upper Snug A cosy snug area on the upper floor offers a quieter space away from the main living area.
From here you can step out onto the south facing terrace. The terrace provides wide views across the River Tay, Tentsmuir Forest and both the Tay Road and Rail Bridges.
It is a pleasant place to enjoy a morning coffee, spend time in the sun or watch the evening light across the water. Location City Quay sits along Dundee’s regenerated waterfront and has become one of the city’s most attractive areas for visitors.
Cafes, restaurants and riverside walks are all close by. The agent Jamie. The lift in Twin Bridges broke down the day before we arrived. The speed in which we were informed was really quick and because we had booked the Penthouse Apartment which was 5 floors up. I asked if they could get as another apartment.With in a short time they had another apartment...

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and the view overlooking the river is unbelievable. We used this location as a home base for exploring ao did not spend much time here but we almost wish he had a chance to enjoy it more as thw rooftop patio and the snug are great additions to the space.
