This well presented two bedroom flat on Provost Road offers a comfortable and practical base for couples, professionals, or small groups visiting Dundee.

Both spaces benefit from natural light and provide storage for clothing and personal items. The property has one bathroom, shared by all guests.
It includes a bath with a shower over, suitable for both quick showers and longer use. Access to the property is via a communal stairwell, with approximately fifteen steps leading up to the front door.
The building itself is traditional in style, and the shared areas are more functional than polished. The dining table seats four and can also be used as a workspace if needed. Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is set up for straightforward, everyday use.
