Situated in a peaceful setting, surrounded by natural garden and wildflowers, it is just a 2-minute walk into Roundstone village, which offers an array of café’s, bars and restaurants, as well as a grocery store, craft shops and fuel supplies, everything you need for your self-catering holiday. Here you can enjoy views of Errisbeg Hill, take a leisurely stroll to the beautiful Atlantic coastline, explore the village and surrounds, or continue to Roundstone’s famous white sandy beaches at Gurteen and Dogs Bay, just 2.5km away. Enjoy leisurely walks and cycles at the nearby Connemara Greenway, which is accessible at Ballynahinch, or walk the nearby Inishnee Island loop walk.
There are numerous trails and driving routes to explore in the region, including the well-known Roundstone Bog Road and along the Wild Atlantic Way. Sea fishing and boat tours are available locally, golf is available at the nearby Connemara Golf Links course at Ballyconneely, and Kylemore Abbey and Connemara National Park are just a short drive away.

The remaining three bedrooms are on the ground floor level of the property. Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 both offer a double bed and bedroom 4 is a twin bedroom, with two single beds.

The main bathroom is located adjacent to the ground floor bedrooms, and includes a shower over bath, WC and sink. Due to the design of the property, it is unsuitable for babies, toddlers and young children.
Children over 8 years old are accepted at this property. The property is centrally heated with underfloor heating, from an efficient air to water heat pump system.

Lovely, newly finished house in a great location. It was very clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped, with plenty of crockery, utensils and everything else we needed. Nice and quiet, while still being very convenient for Roundstone and exploring Connemara. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it.

I wish we could have stayed longer in this gorgeous house! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, couches are fab to sink into after a day of beautiful beaches and scenic drives. There really is nowhere like Roundstone! Loved the little extras like the throws in each bedroom and camping ...
