The entrance hall is the perfect place to leave muddy wellies and coats before you move into the bright, open-plan living space.
Here you will find plush sofas sitting in front of a soothing wood-burning stove, perfectly setting the scene after a busy day of exploration.
A flat-screen TV, complete with an Alexa Fire Stick, offers entertainment at your fingertips, or perhaps you’d prefer to unwind with a game or a good book in this cosy space. The fully equipped kitchen boasts, slate flooring, granite worktops and a Butler sink and comes complete with amenities which include an electric range cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Adjacent, is a perfectly sized dining table which benefits from garden views through the double patio doors. Guests can enjoy the fresh air in a private patio garden, complete with outdoor seating for relaxed al fresco dining.
For those eager to explore, a garden shed houses bikes and helmets, including one adult-sized bike and three suited for smaller adults or teenagers.
So, when you're ready to head out and take on a day of adventure, we've got you covered. On the first floor of the property, you will find two comfortable bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King sized bed with a dressing table and plenty of storage.
There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower and limestone tiling. Bedroom 2: Twin beds with ample storage and an ensuite bathroom with a large bath and hand-held shower. Linens and towels are provided for your stay, along with complimentary toiletries for added convenience.
A travel cot, highchair, and stair gate are available upon request, ensuring comfort for families.
Guests are kindly advised to bring their own bedding for the travel cot. Things to know about the property… The property is pet-friendly and welcomes up to 3 well-behaved dogs but please note that fees apply. £20 per week/part week for one dog, £30 for two dogs and £40 for three dogs.
Dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms or on the furniture Plum Tree Cottage has two designated parking spaces. A starter pack of logs, firelighters and kindling are provided upon arrival. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided Guests have access to x2 boogie boards and a wind breaker and beach umbrella for day out at the coast.
