Experience the ultimate seaside holiday at 16 Solent Landing, a charming dog-friendly holiday home just steps from Bembridge Beach on the Isle of Wight.
This turret-style, four-floor property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (including a master en-suite) and a basement WC, making it perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking a coastal retreat. You have the use of most of the house, the owner has locked one room and a cupboard.
Anything not locked, why are welcome to use. Included services - Parking - Towels - Heating - Bed linen - Internet Access Pets: Allowed.

Additional rules: Check-in schedule: From 01/01 to 31/12: Everyday from 16:00h to 00:00h Check-out schedule: 10:00. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. Bembridge has a fantastic year-round family friendly beach, complete with rock pools, wonderful sands and the scattering of pebbles depending on tides. Making it ideal for sandcastles, crabbing, catching local prawns or if youâre lucky the odd lobster hidden under the ledge, playing cricket or boules.
Walk the distance of the beach to one of the many cafés along its shores, or take a picnic or bbq and sit on the sands and enjoy the passing boats and stunning sunsets.
For the more adventurous why not try your hand at kite surfing, kayaking or day deep sea fishing.
