Strathview is a single-storey lodge that consists of three bedrooms, a king en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC, and two doubles serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. The open-plan living space features a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining area with seating and sitting area with woodburning stove, Smart TV, music system. Outside, there is off-road parking for 2 cars and decking with furniture. Within 0.9 miles, you will find a shop, within 1, a pub, and within 0.1 miles a river. Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking property; If any evidence of smoking is found in or around the property, a £150 fine will be applied. No pets allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Soak in the stunning views of Perth and Kinross from the decking at Strathview.
