P and M Luxury Lodge BR15 is a single-storey lodge in Tattershall, Lincolnshire. The accommodation includes an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with electric fire. The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster. There are three bedrooms, comprising one double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and two twin rooms, along with a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Smart TV and WiFi are provided. Fuel and power, bed linen, and kitchen tea-owels are included in the rent. Please bring your own bath/hot tub towels. Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars and an enclosed front decking with furniture, hot tub, and views over Bull Rush Lake. Travel cot available. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Guests have access to on-site facilities including fishing lakes, watersports, and a jet ski lake. Note: Mon- Fri bookings only. Good housekeeping bond GBP 350
