We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Richmond Station is less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment and offers direct Underground (District Line and London Overground) and National Rail services, including connections to London Waterloo.
Several local bus stops are also just a short walk away, providing convenient links throughout Richmond and the surrounding areas.
With excellent public transport connections right on your doorstep, exploring London and South West London couldn't be easier. This property is a self-check-in property.
You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
