Lakeside is a thoughtfully arranged one bedroom studio apartment designed for two guests, offering a comfortable and relaxing base in a truly special lakeside setting.
The open plan living and sleeping area centres around a standard double bed, with a seating and dining space positioned to make the most of the beautiful lake views through the large bay window.
A glass topped oak dining table provides an ideal spot for meals or morning coffee while overlooking the marina and water beyond. The kitchenette is located just off the main living space and is fully equipped for self-catering, including a hob, microwave, fridge and all essential cookware, crockery and utensils. The en suite shower room is modern and well presented, featuring a walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. Guests benefit from an Ultra HD smart TV and WIFI throughout, ensuring both comfort and connectivity during their stay. Outside, a private seating area offers a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the lakeside setting, just a short distance from the water’s edge. Lakeside is located on the ground floor of a traditional Lakeland property and is accessed via a small number of steps. There is limited space around the bed, and the shower room includes a small step and compact layout, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Please take care when moving around the property and accessing the entrance. The apartment is easily accessible by car, with private parking available on site. The nearest train station is Windermere, with connections to Oxenholme on the West Coast Main Line.
From there, taxis and local bus services provide onward travel. Regular bus routes operate between Windermere, Bowness and Ambleside
