174 High Street consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, , fridge, freezer, washer/ dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, and toaster,iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a double. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. Outside, there is a rear non-enclosed patio with furniture and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.4 miles. Note: A £250 good housekeeping bond is required. Note: £20 payable directly to the owner if bringing a pet. Enjoy a relaxing stay at 174 High Street.
