The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each furnished with a large double bed, complemented by four modern bathrooms featuring walk-in showers, complimentary toiletries, towels, and hairdryers.
Two inviting living areas, air conditioning throughout, a fireplace for cooler evenings, streaming services, free Wi-Fi, and a selection of books, games, and entertainment ensure comfort in every season. Outside, the private swimming pool enjoys spectacular panoramic views stretching across the sea and surrounding countryside.
Spacious terraces and balconies invite guests to unwind with morning coffee or evening drinks, while the barbecue, outdoor dining area, and comfortable seating provide the perfect setting for leisurely alfresco meals beneath the Mediterranean sky. Private on-site parking is also available. Villa Alverionis is conveniently located approximately 2.2 km from Loutraki Beach, around 17 km from Skopelos Town, its charming port and Folklore Museum, while Skiathos Airport is approximately 20 km away via ferry connections, making it an excellent base for exploring both Skopelos and neighbouring islands. Families with children of all ages are welcome, with baby cots available on request and subject to availability.
