The 17th-century property features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a separate WC. A well-equipped open kitchen is at your disposal.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, piano, dishwasher, and more, as well as a high chair available on request. Outdoors, you can enjoy table tennis, swings, a hammock, a large sand area, and a recreation field in the shared 1.5-hectare park—perfect for fun and relaxation during your stay.
Two private parking spaces are available in your courtyard. Our large wooded and flower-filled estate, classified as a GONm bird sanctuary (53 bird species recorded) and labeled “Oasis de Nature,” is set in the countryside just 3 km from the beautiful Mont Saint Michel bay. The nearest beach is 4 km away, where you can even cross the legendary bay on foot to Mont Saint Michel. Here you will find peace, relaxation, greenery, nature, and on-site activities.
We are sure you will enjoy your stay at Domaine de la Chauvinière, close to the bay’s most beautiful beaches up to Granville. Please note that events and loud parties are not allowed.
Cleaning is available for an extra fee. Electricity charges will be billed at the end of your stay based on meter readings at check-in and check-out.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette grande maison (Le Mont Saint Michel). Une maison très bien équipée. Le domaine offre du repos, du paix et de la verdure. L'accueil était super sympa Le propriétaire (Jean-Louis) aimable nous a conseillé et recommandé. Il y a beaucoup d'activités très agréables à faire. Aux environs il y a tant de possibilités à faire des randonnées: à pied ou en vélo.
