Public Transport The Lothian Buses 26 service stops very close to Links Road and connects Port Seton to Edinburgh city centre and neighbouring towns, providing a reliable public transport option without a car. Other bus routes (like the X26 or N26) also serve the area, linking to wider parts of East Lothian and Edinburgh. Bus stops such as Road End (Seton Sands) and Links View are within easy walking distance. Train Prestonpans and Longniddry railway stations are the nearest stops for train travel (about 5–10 minutes by car or bus), with regular services to Edinburgh Waverley — ideal for commuters or visitors. By Car The A1 road is easily accessible and connects to Edinburgh, East Lothian villages, and the broader Scottish road network.
