No Smoking Policy All ViVi Stays properties are strictly non-smoking indoors to maintain our luxury standard for every guest. Any evidence of smoking will result in a £500 charge to cover specialist ozone odour neutralisation, ventilation cleaning, and soft furnishing treatment. Respect the Space – No Parties Our homes are designed for comfort and relaxation.
Parties or gatherings inside the caravan are not permitted. Any breach will incur a £250 additional cleaning and disruption fee. Towels & Linen Care We provide high-quality linen for your comfort.
Please do not take towels to the pool or outside areas. Damaged or stained towels will be charged at £30 per item. Travel Cot A travel cot can be provided upon request, subject to availability. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep the space fresh, clean, and enjoyable for all guests. Walking & Cycling The area is very walkable, especially for shorter distances like beaches, park facilities, and nearby villages. Scenic coastal paths and the John Muir Way provide beautiful walking or cycling routes along the shoreline and across the countryside. Public Transport Local buses serve Seton Sands and Port Seton from the nearby Road End / Seton Sands bus stops, connecting with surrounding towns and cities including Musselburgh and Edinburgh. Regular routes such as the Lothian Buses 26, X26, or N26 make getting into Edinburgh both convenient and cost-effective without driving.
