Welcome to Villa Florens! Villa Florens is a beautiful 8 bedroom villa with accommodation for up to 12 people, perfectly designed for families and groups looking for both shared and private spaces.
Ideally located between Puerto Banús and San Pedro, this villa offers the best of both worlds - close to lively attractions while being nestled in a peaceful setting with a private pool and beautifully designed outdoor spaces. Decorated in a modern and dynamic style, the villa features contemporary works of art, upscale furniture and an airy and spacious atmosphere.
The main level has an elegant open living area including living room, dining room and kitchen, where warm tones of wood blend harmoniously in elegant furniture.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a central island and a breakfast counter, and the space opens onto the terrace and garden, allowing an easy indoor-outdoor life.
There is also an integrated outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a spacious dining area for 10 people, perfect for summer evenings, as well as a charming fireplace on the side terrace. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a private terrace with a hot tub and an ensuite luxury bathroom.
There are also two additional double bedrooms and a shared bathroom at this level.
A fantastic cinema area adds to the entertainment options, making cinema evenings absolutely delicious! For greater flexibility, the lower level offers ideal accommodation for grandparents, teenagers or family members who prefer more privacy.
This space includes three additional bedrooms, a TV lounge/space and a second fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to have their own independent space while being part of the house.
