Leetor is a spacious and welcoming holiday home in the heart of Porthleven, perfectly placed for exploring Cornwall's stunning south coast.
Just a short walk from the harbour, beaches, coastal paths, independent shops, pubs and restaurants, it's an ideal base for families and friends looking to relax and enjoy everything the village has to offer. Upon entering the property, guests are welcomed into a comfortable living area, ideal for unwinding after a day spent exploring the coast.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays, featuring an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals together.
A separate laundry room provides additional convenience during longer stays.
Also located on this level is a spacious double bedroom, making the property particularly suitable for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs on the second floor, the accommodation continues with a second double bedroom and a bunk room with single bunk beds, perfect for children (please note the top bunk is not suitable for adults). On the top floor, you'll find a versatile day bed with a pull-out trundle, offering flexible sleeping arrangements.
Access to the loft room is via a pull-down ladder-style staircase, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
The family bathroom features both a bath and separate shower, along with a WC, providing plenty of space for everyone to refresh after a day at the beach. Outside, guests can enjoy a private patio area designed for relaxation and outdoor living.
Complete with a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a hammock for lazy afternoons in the Cornish sunshine, it is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink after a day of adventures.
