The Barn at Bryn Eithin consists of a reverse-level layout set over three floors with four bedrooms: 2 x ground-floor super-king-size with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, 1 x ground-floor twin, and 1 x second-floor super-king-size with en-suite freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. There is also a ground-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. The first-floor open-plan living space includes a kitchen with double oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge, alongside a dining area and sitting area with Juliette balcony and woodburning stove. A utility with a washing machine is also available. Outside, there is a garden with patio, furniture, loungers, and a barbecue, as well as off-road parking for 4 cars. The property benefits from gas central heating, TV and WiFi, with fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. A highchair and travel cot are available. Three well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. The Barn at Bryn Eithin is an excellent base for exploring the North Wales coast and countryside.
