The property itself is located within walking distance of the picturesque sandy cove of Challaborough Beach, perfect for those feeling adventurous and wanting to get into the sea, or those looking relax and sunbathe in the sun. The nearby towns of Salcombe, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth boast fantastic seafood restaurants and shopping, and there are also a wealth of trips and activities just nearby including National Trust properties, Woodlands Adventure Park, and the historic Burgh Island, reached via the sea tractor when the tide is in.
