All our properties have front and back 24/7/365 CCTV Minut device NO SMOKING POLICY All ViVi Stays properties are strictly non-smoking indoors to maintain our luxury standard for every guest. Any evidence of smoking will result in a £1,000 charge to cover specialist ozone odour neutralisation, ventilation cleaning, and soft furnishing treatment. BBQ Cleaning: BBQ must be left clean after use. Excessive cleaning due to grease, burnt food, ash, or misuse will incur a charge of up to £300. Hot Tub: Any excessive cleaning, contamination, misuse, damage, water replacement, or specialist treatment required will incur a charge of up to £500. Respect the Space – NO PARTIES Our homes are designed for comfort and relaxation.
Parties or gatherings inside the property are not permitted. Any breach of the house rules, including loud music, parties, excessive noise, smoking indoors, or causing a disturbance, may result in a charge of up to £1,000. Towels & Linen Care We provide high-quality linen for your comfort. Damaged or stained towels will be charged at £30 per item. Travel Cot A travel cot can be provided upon request, subject to availability. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep the space fresh, clean, and enjoyable for all guests. Getting around couldn't be easier. Shawfair Train Station is just a 5-minute walk away, offering direct services to Edinburgh Waverley in around 10 minutes, as well as routes towards Galashiels in the Scottish Borders. A bus stop is conveniently located directly outside the property with regular services to: Edinburgh City Centre Dalkeith Eskbank Surrounding areas The property offers 2 free private parking spaces, making it ideal if you're travelling by car. Local taxi services include: Swift Cabs Aerial ABW Cabs Uber is also readily available throughout the area.
