The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked dinner.

Bedrooms The master bedroom offers a comfortable mattress, a large wardrobe, and a private en-suite bathroom with a modern shower, providing both comfort and privacy. However it may be less suitable for guests with significant mobility difficulties or wheelchair users. - It is not possible to receive any sort of packages / mail at the property * Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. * Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for misplaced, lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them *The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details. * The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access. * The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. *Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge *We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay *Our lovely neighbors have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
