Our cosy, rustic alpine yurt stands behind the ski hut on a meadow by the stream with a wonderful view of the mountain panorama.
Our hut is located on an enchanting plateau in Feldis in the sunny Domleschg, a 15-minute walk from the mountain station of the Feldis-Mutta chairlift. Up here you can hike, walk, bike, soak up the sun, celebrate parties and enjoy the mountain peace. We serve you seasonal and homemade dishes with subtlety and love - whenever possible from regional products and from farmers and producers we know personally.

Check-In between 13.00 - 17.00 / Check-Out until 10.30 am
Arrival: The last chairlift from Feldis to us up the mountain leaves at 4 pm (Sat & Sun 5 pm).
You can walk from Feldis village to the hut in 1.5 hours.
If you arrive by car, it is best to leave it in the free car park at the bottom station of the chairlift in Feldis village. Please only drive up in an emergency if you arrive late. The road to the hut is partly an alpine track and difficult to drive on.
If not stated at the time of booking: Send us a confirmation of your arrival time, your culinary wishes and intolerances.
Conditions/extras
The yurt is equipped with a double bed, bed linen and pillows. The yurt is insulated and can be heated with a wood-burning stove. Next door in the ski hut is the washroom with toilets, washbasin and hot water. The yurt can be booked in the Basic (families) or Starry Night (couples) package. Breakfast is served in the parlour or on the terrace in the basic package and brought to your bed in the starry night package. You can find more information about the respective package in the description above.
Breakfast service is from 07:30 - 10:00. We serve a buffet with fine products from the region, homemade bread and jam, honey from the village and coffee roasted in the valley.
Evening service is from 18:00 - 20:00. We have the following menus to choose from (half board):
- a two-course dinner with starter soup or salad and vegetarian main course (vegan on request)
- Alpine cheese fondue with our hut bread and home-pickled vegetables
- Alpine cheese raclette with potatoes from the valley and home-grown vegetables
Please select the same dish for everyone and indicate this in the text field together with any allergies when finalising your booking.
Further costs are included:
Visitor's tax, house cleaning, electricity/hot water
Packing list: Toiletries, finches (we have a box full), cash (or TWINT).
Bad weather: Unfortunately we cannot guarantee good weather.
Only if the SSF chairlift is not in operation on the day of arrival due to bad weather and access to the hut is not possible, half (50%) of the accommodation costs will be refunded.
Children up to 14 years sleep with us at special prices. Children up to 3 years in their mum's or dad's bed free of charge.
