Rowan View 251 consists of an open-plan living space with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, air fryer, kettle, toaster, dining area, and sitting area with a gas fire, Smart TV, and electric reclining sofa. The bedrooms comprise one double and two twin rooms. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, along with a separate cloakroom with a basin and WC. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is enclosed decking with furniture and off-road parking for three cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and smoking is not permitted. On site pub and restaurant - Hunters Bar. Located close to the beach and within easy reach of Dunbar and Edinburgh, Rowan View 251 offers a wonderful setting for enjoying East Lothian's coastline and nearby attractions.
