The Le Boat Liberty is a contemporary cruiser designed with easy, comfortable cruising in mind, making it ideal for couples or families looking for a modern boating experience. Its thoughtful layout creates a calm, spacious feel on board, allowing you to relax and enjoy the journey as much as the destinations along the way.
Bright interiors and smart use of space make everyday life on board feel effortless, while outdoor areas encourage long lunches, lazy afternoons and peaceful evenings on the water. Stylish yet practical, the Liberty is a great choice for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday afloat. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: You don't need any previous boating experience or licence to drive our boats—in fact, most of our guests are complete beginners; before you set off, our friendly base team provides a full hands-on briefing and practical demonstration where you’ll be shown everything you need to know to handle the boat safely and confidently, and we ensure you feel completely comfortable before leaving the marina. ARRIVAL AND RETURN:Please arrive at our base between 3pm–5pm for check-in and a pre-departure briefing, after which you’re likely to leave the dock between 4pm–6pm—on the final day, you should return and vacate the boat by 9am. FEATURES:

• Spacious indoor seating and dining area with SMART TV
• Fully equipped galley kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso® coffee machine, filtered drinkable water, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, and utensils
• Air conditioning and heating throughout
• Radio/CD player with MP3/USB connectivity
• 12v & 220v power sockets
• 1x large front master cabin with en suite bathroom, double bed and large skylight
• 1x cabin with double bed
• Saloon settee converts into an additional double berth, if required
• Fresh linen and bedding provided
• 2x bathrooms with hot showers, wash basins and electric‑flush WCs (towels provided)
• Sundeck with front-facing sun loungers
• Flybridge with table, BBQ/hotplate, foldable sunshade, fridge, music speakers, and Premium sundeck cushions
• Dual steering positions, from inside the saloon or from the upper deck
• Bow thruster for effortless handling, even for first‑time boaters
• Large rear bathing platform for fishing, paddle boarding, swimming, bike storage, and deck shower
• Pets allowed for an additional cleaning supplement FUEL: Before you set off, you'll need to leave an Fuel Deposit in local currency and then, at the end of your cruise, your Fuel Charge will be calculated based on the number of hours your engine has been running—you'll either be refunded the difference or asked to pay for any excess hours used (the hourly charge is estimated to be between £14-£28 / €12-€34 depending on boat type and usage). DAMAGE DEPOSIT: You'll need to pay a refundable Damage Deposit at the base before you begin cruising which will be retained (in part or in full) when you return your boat; IF the boat or any of its equipment or inventory that has been damaged or lost, you will not have to pay more than the deposit collected.
DAMAGE RISK REDUCTION: The amount of Damage Deposit required, and thus your liability, may be significantly reduced by purchasing a non-refundable Damage Risk Reduction, which can be purchased at the base when you pick up your boat. ABOUT THE REGION:

Cruising the Thames from Benson allows you to explore historic towns such as Henley-on-Thames, famous for its rowing heritage, and the magnificent university city of Oxford, with its iconic colleges and spires. Along the way, you will pass traditional riverside pubs, elegant country homes and peaceful meadows. Seeing England from the water offers a unique glimpse into local life and heritage, all while enjoying the magic of boating, slowing down, sharing meals on deck and discovering something new each day. AVAILABLE EXTRAS AND ACTIVITIES: • Bike hire available from our base (to take on board with you) • Parking available (for additional fee) • Wi-Fi packs available (for additional fee) • Fishing is permitted in certain areas – licence required • Swimming in the river is permitted, although advice should be followed and caution exercised
