This was our third stay at this property. It is very conveniently located to explore the New Forest and beyond. It is also a two minute walk to three excellent pubs and a Thai and Italian restaurant and about a 10 minute walk to the village centre. There are lots of walks and places to explore right on the doorstep. The garden is secure for dogs and the property is well equipped for a great stay!

This property is located in an excellent position in Brockenhurst . Ideally situated for the Isle of Wight . River journeys . Train in the centre for local trips to see the area. Good bus routes. We had a fantastic stay in this property, which is two minutes from three lovely pubs and also a selection of restaurants and a convienience store.
The property is deceptively spacious and there was plenty of room for 3 adults and two teenagers and a dog. The loft room has its own en suite and t.v.
