Dit huisje had een super ligging; beetje achteraf en op zichzelf. Veel privacy en geen inkijk van buren en/of langslopende mensen op het park.
Locatie/ park was omheind met prikkeldraad. Niet optimaal voor de honden die mee mogen.

het huis is niet schoon en de oven is ronduit smerig en mede afzuiger zou ook wel eens voorzien mogen worden van een nieuw filter.
het huis mag nodig gemoderniseerd worden.
