Het huis is zeer goed gelegen in een goede buurt. Alles is heel mooi gerenoveerd. Het meubilair in de woonkamer moet wel vervangen worden. Ook het wasrek en ligstoelen in de tuin. Enkele vensters gingen niet op slot, er waren wel overal rolluiken.
