This attractive, renovated and newly furnished finca is privileged and somewhat secluded, but close to the center. You live in the green and yet shopping, restaurants and cafes are within easy walking distance. The attractive pool area is comfortably furnished and romantically illuminated. This makes it an absolute and popular highlight, especially at night. The specially treated and slightly salty pool water is especially skin-friendly and does not irritate the eyes. A ping pong table is available. The back of the house is close to the connecting road to Arta. The last part of the road is not asphalted. Have breakfast on the covered terrace and enjoy the distant view of the bay of Alcudia. To the beautiful sandy beaches it is only about 2.5 km and this area is one of the most popular of Mallorca vacationers, especially since these are not only very beautiful, but also very shallow sloping and therefore ideal even for small children. In the nearby nature reserve Sa Bufera you can take long walks and watch rare water birds.
