Mediterranean Villa with Pool & Outdoor Kitchen near Port Adriano
Villa Mar Blau is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in one of Santa Ponça’s most sought-after residential areas, with mountain views on one side and sea views on the other.
Spread across 400 m² over two levels, the villa offers generous space for up to 8 guests. There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, three of them en-suite. The living areas are bright, with a modern feel and finished with marble floors throughout.
The heart of the upper floor is the open-plan living and dining area with a high-quality fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the terrace. On the ground floor, there is an additional lounge area with TV and a small kitchen, especially practical for the pool and outdoor area.
Outside, the villa combines Mediterranean charm with relaxed outdoor living: a well-kept garden, spacious private pool, covered terraces for relaxing, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with bar right by the pool. The villa also features a covered outdoor gym.
The entire villa is air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi and two satellite TVs.
The location speaks for itself. Palma can be reached in around 15 minutes, while Port Adriano, several golf courses and some of the island’s most beautiful beaches are all nearby. And often, the evening ends exactly where it began.

Gesamte Organisation und Betreuung auch vor Ort perfekt. Das Haus bedarf einer gewissen Überholung. Ein Whirlpool war nicht vorhanden, obwohl in der Beschreibung ausgewiesen. Das Haus ist nicht so gut geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.
