Das Haus war ganz gut ausgestattet, das Grundstück eingezäunt und die Vermieter waren gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich
Das Haus liegt recht weit oben am Berg- der Weg in den Ort und ans Wasser ist recht lang und z. T. beschwerlich (v. a. bei Hitze) zu Fuß. Die etwas weiter oben verlaufende Straße war vor allem nachts und morgens sehr laut.
Der an sich schöne und hohe Bambus am Ende des Gartens verdeckt inzwischen leider fast die Sicht auf den See.

Sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Sehr schöner Ausblick auf den See. Dervio ist eine sehr schöne Stadt. Das Ferienhaus ist nicht weit zum Seeufer. Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Man kann draußen auf der Terrasse frühstücken und hat einen superschönen Ausblick auf den See.

Die Unterkunft hat eine traumhaft schöne Lage, mit tollem Blick auf den See. Die Austattung ist einfach, im Schlafzimmer fast spartanisch.
Im Winter war es leider zu kalt, da die Heizung fest reguliert war und wir diese nicht wärmer einstellen konnten.
Der Kamin funktionierte nur bedingt und konnte ...
