This apartment, with a parking spot in the garage, can be found on the promenade of La Rada, a spacious sandy beach. If you do not wish to take the car, around the property you have restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy and other services available at your convenience. Sit down at a beach bar on the promenade to taste the local cuisine; if you have children, watch them enjoy the playground located only 50 meters from the property. Despite being a modern city, Estepona preserves the typical features of the Andalusian village in its historic centre, with pedestrian streets decorated with large pots of colourful flowers and houses adorned with flowerpots.
