This is a very affordable and comfortable little beach house on a full flat section and within walking distance (about 700m) of the ocean beach.There's no letter box but the #212 is very visible on the side of the house. There's plenty of parking - even for a boat - in the front section. You can sit on the small deck at the front to watch the world go by or go to the back where there is more privacy.
