Hello, I’m Jeremy, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to the French Alps. Let me share some of my favourite spots and tips for your stay.

For some breathtaking sights and activities, explore these remarkable places:

  • La grotte de Choranche: an awe-inspiring cave worth visiting.
  • L’impressionnante route de Combe Laval: a stunning drive with incredible views.
  • La cascade de Moulin Marquis: the second highest waterfall in France, located right outside the holiday home!

When it comes to dining, try Café Brochier, Chez Mamy, or Le Clariant. Don’t miss the must-try dish of baked ravioles with Vercors blue cheese. As for events, I highly recommend the astronomical nights. The Vercors region is a certified International Dark Sky Reserve, making it perfect for stargazing and observing the Milky Way!

For a unique memento, consider the handcrafted wooden spoons from Les cuillères du Royans in Saint Jean en Royans. They’ve been a proud example of craftsmanship since 1924. Lastly, I can personally recommend stargazing with a telescope, which is possible right here from our holiday home.

Best travel time:Spring is the best time to visit, with green landscapes and pleasant temperatures.
