I cannot log into my Holidu account, what do I do?

If you're having trouble logging into your Holidu account, follow these steps to resolve the issue and regain access to your bookings and reservations.

Create a Holidu Account (for Guests)

A Holidu account is not automatically created when you make a reservation—you must set it up yourself. To create an account as a guest, follow these steps:

  1. Go to holidu.com
  2. Click Account in the top right corner
  3. Select Log in for guests from the dropdown menu
  4. On the login page, choose one of the following options:
    • Continue with Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft, or
    • Select Continue with E-mail to create an account using your email address
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the setup

Once your account is created, you can link any existing reservations by entering your last name and booking code.

Check for Typos

Verify that there are no typos in your email address or password when logging in. Even small mistakes—or extra spaces—can prevent access to your account. Take a moment to carefully review your login credentials before trying again.

Forgot Your Password

If you've forgotten your password, resetting it is quick and easy. Click the Forgot Password link on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email address. You'll be able to create a new password and log in immediately.
