At Holidu, we value your feedback. Your reviews help fellow guests make informed decisions and help us improve the holiday experiences we offer. Here's everything you need to know about leaving a review on Holidu.
How the Holidu Rating System Works
Guests can rate their overall stay on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 is the lowest rating and 5 is the highest. The overall property rating is calculated by averaging all individual scores submitted.
You can also leave subscores for specific categories, including:
- Location
- Cleanliness
- Description accuracy
- Value for money
Additional comments about your stay or type of trip (for example, family, couple, or solo traveler) are also welcome and help other guests.
Who Can Leave a Review?
Eligibility
Only guests who booked and completed a stay via Holidu can leave a review. If you booked through a partner website, their review terms and conditions will apply instead.
Privacy Options
Reviews can be submitted anonymously, or with your first name and the first initial of your last name. To edit or delete a review you have submitted through Holidu, please contact our Customer Service team.

Display of Negative Reviews
For fairness to property owners, negative reviews below a certain score are only displayed if a property has at least two reviews total.
