How the Holidu Rating System Works

Guests can rate their overall stay on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 is the lowest and 5 is the highest. The overall property rating is calculated by averaging all individual scores submitted by guests.

You can also leave subscores for specific categories:

Additional comments about your stay or type of trip (such as family, couple, or solo travel) are also welcome and help provide context to other guests.

Who Can Leave a Review?

Only guests who have booked and completed a stay via Holidu can leave a review. You have the option to submit your review anonymously or with your first name and the first initial of your last name.

If you booked through a partner website, their review terms and conditions will apply instead. To edit or delete a review you submitted through Holidu, please contact our Customer Service team.

What Reviews Do We Display?

We show reviews from both Holidu guests and trusted partner websites to give you the complete picture of a property's experience.

You may see:

How Reviews Are Sorted

Reviews are sorted by:

• Date of booking
• Whether text is included
• Additional filters such as guest type or rating score

For fairness, negative reviews below a certain score are only shown if a property has at least two reviews.
