How do I change my bank details?
Changing Bank Details for Non-Verified Accounts
If your account has not gone through Adyen's bank account verification process yet, we have not collected your bank details. You will only be able to add or update your IBAN once you complete the Adyen bank account verification process.

Changing Bank Details for Verified Accounts
If your account has been verified through Adyen, follow these steps to change your bank details:
- Log in to your account
- Go to the top right corner and click on the Holidu Logo
- Click on "Account"
- Scroll down to Bank information
- Click on "Edit"
A new window will open for Adyen verification. You will see your bank details tab:
- Click on the right-hand side
- Delete the current IBAN number
- Add the new IBAN number
Verification Methods
Ensure the bank account holder and the Holidu account owner are the same. For companies, the name must match your company name. Choose between two verification methods:
Instant Verification (not available in Greece, Austria & Italy)
- Search and select your online banking provider
- Log into your online banking account through the verified partner, Tink
- Your banking login data will not be stored for security reasons
Manual Verification
- Enter your details and upload a bank document as proof
- The document must be issued within the last 12 months
- It must contain your name and visible IBAN
- For non-EU residents, the document must display the bank location
- Upload the document and click 'next'. Verification may take up to 72 hours
Important Information
- An International Bank Account Number (IBAN) is used worldwide to identify individual accounts. You can find your IBAN in your E-Banking and on your account statements
- The new bank account must belong to the Holidu account holder. We can only modify the IBAN for the person or company we have signed the agreement with
- If your Holidu account is registered as a company account, payments can only be made to the company's IBAN. Submit a valid bank account under the company name registered in your Holidu account
- The IBAN proof must be clear, visible, and recent—an official document or well-grounded evidence showing both the bank account holder and IBAN
- Holidu only issues payments to EUR accounts
- If you are changing IBAN alongside other account details, it may take some time to see these updates in the PMS
