To help us assist you faster, please always have your Property ID ready when contacting us. If your question relates to a specific booking, include your Booking ID as well. These details enable our team to locate your information quickly and provide accurate support.

Contact Methods

Holidu Assistant (In-App Support)

Our fastest support option is the Holidu Assistant, accessible directly from your host dashboard at https://host.holidu.com/app/assistant. This in-app chat feature allows you to get immediate answers to common questions without leaving the platform.

Phone Support

Call our dedicated phone support team during business hours. We offer support in multiple languages across different regions. Phone hours vary depending on your inquiry type:

For Bookings, Cancellations, or Guest Information:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. CET (German, English, Italian, Spanish, French)
  • Monday – Friday: 09:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CET (Dutch, Greek, Portuguese)

For Listings, Configuration, or Payouts:

  • Monday – Friday: 09:30 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 17:00 CET (All languages)
