You can easily access all your invoices as a host through your Holidu account. This includes regular payout invoices as well as any cancellation fee invoices. Invoices are available to download only from the day the guest does not benefit anymore from free cancellation, according to your configured cancellation policies.
How to Download Your Invoices
- Log into your Host Account.
- Click on Financials in the left-hand menu.
- Select My invoices from the expandable menu.
- You will see all available invoices, including payout, commission, and cancellation invoices.
- Filter your invoices using the Booking ID filter to find a specific invoice, or click Filters to select a specific time period.
- Download your invoices:
- Individual download: Click the download button next to each invoice.
- Bulk download: After applying your filters, select multiple invoices and click Bulk download to download them all at once.
How to Download Your Payouts
- Log into your Host Account.
- Click on Financials in the left-hand menu.
- Select Payouts from the expandable menu.
- View all your payout information and related documents.
- Use the available filters to narrow down by date range or booking ID.
- Download your payout invoices:
- Individual download: Click the download button for each payout invoice.
- Bulk download: Select multiple payout invoices and click Bulk download.
Understanding Cancellation Fee Invoices
Cancellation fee invoices are issued when a host cancels a guest reservation. The cancellation fee is automatically deducted from your next available payout if applicable; no manual bank transfer is required. These invoices appear in your invoices section alongside your regular payout invoices.
How to Access Your Managed Hosts' Invoices (PME Account)
If you manage multiple hosts through a PME (Property Management Enterprise) account, you can access invoices for your managed hosts by following these steps:
- Log into your Host Account.
- Click on Hosts in the left-hand menu.
- Use the Host Name, Email, or ID filter to search for a specific host if needed.
- Click on the desired managed host from the list.
- Select the Invoices tab on the host's page.
- Filter invoices by Booking ID or use the Filters option to select a specific time period.
- Download invoices:
- Individual download: Click the download button for each invoice.
- Bulk download: Select multiple invoices and click Bulk download.
Important Information About Invoices and Payouts
Primary Email Access
Only the primary email associated with your account can access the invoices and payouts sections. Collaborators do not have access to these financial documents.
Bulk Download Limitations
Bulk downloading is available only through a web browser. This feature is not supported on mobile devices or the Holidu app.
Date Range Selection
Before initiating a bulk download, select the date range for the invoices you wish to download. The date range refers to when the invoices were issued. The range between the "From" and "To" dates cannot exceed 12 months.
Invoice Availability
Invoices will only be available on the platform from the day the guest loses the right to free cancellation, according to your configured cancellation policy. They will not be accessible before that date.
Single Account Ownership
Each Holidu account is assigned to a single host owner, and it is not possible to co-register an account. Invoices are issued in the name of the account owner and cannot be co-registered.
