Where can you see your invoices?

As a host on Holidu, you can easily access and download all your invoices directly from your account. This includes payout invoices, commission invoices, and cancellation fee invoices. Understanding where to find these documents helps you keep track of your financial records and manage your account efficiently.

How to access your invoices

Follow these steps to view and download your invoices:

1. Log in to your Holidu host account
2. Click on Financials in the left-hand menu
3. Select My invoices from the expandable menu

You will now see all your available invoices, including payout, commission, and cancellation invoices.

Download your invoices

Once you are in the Invoices section, you have several options to download your invoices:

• Filter by date: Click on the Filters option and choose the time period you want to review. The date range cannot exceed 12 months
• Search by Booking ID: Use the Booking ID filter to quickly find a specific invoice
• Bulk download: After applying your filters, click the Bulk download button to download multiple invoices at once. Note that bulk download is only available via web browser and not supported on mobile devices or in the app

Important: Invoices become available to download from the day the guest can no longer cancel for free, based on the cancellation policy you configured. They will not appear on the platform before this date.

How to access your payouts

To view your payout information, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Holidu host account
2. Click on Financials in the left-hand menu
3. Select the payout section from the expandable menu

In this section, you can view details about your payouts and access related financial information for your listings.

How to access invoices for PME accounts

If you manage multiple hosts through a PME (Property Management Entity) account, you can access your hosts' invoices as follows:

1. Log in to your PME account
2. Click on Hosts in the left-hand menu
3. Select the host whose invoices you want to view from the list
4. Click on the Invoices tab on the host's page

Download invoices for managed hosts

Once you access a host's invoices, you can:

• Filter by Booking ID: Use the Booking ID filter to find a specific invoice
• Apply date filters: Click on Filters and select the time period you want to review. The date range between the From and To dates cannot exceed 12 months
• Bulk download: After applying your filters, click the Bulk download button to download multiple invoices at once
• Search for hosts: Use the Host name, email, or ID filter to quickly locate a specific host

Understanding cancellation fee invoices

Cancellation fee invoices are issued when you cancel a guest booking. The cancellation fee is automatically deducted from your next available payout where applicable, so no manual bank transfer is required. These invoices appear in your invoices list along with your regular payout invoices.

Important information about invoice access

• Primary email requirement: Only the primary email address associated with your account can access the Invoices and Payouts sections. Collaborators do not have access to these areas
• One host per account: Each Holidu account is registered to a single host. Co-registration is not possible, and invoices are issued in the name of the registered host only
• Invoice timing: Invoices are only visible on the platform from the day the guest loses the right to free cancellation based on your configured cancellation policy
• Bulk download availability: The bulk download feature is only available through the web browser version and is not supported on mobile devices or the mobile app

By regularly checking your invoices and payout information in the Financials section, you can maintain accurate records of your Holidu account's financial transactions and ensure everything is properly documented.
