How can I list my property on Holidu?

Great to hear you'd like to list your property on Holidu! We're present across Europe and make it easy for hosts to get started. Here's everything you need to know about listing your property with us.

Check if your property is in a supported country

Holidu currently operates in the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Germany, France, Austria, and Croatia. If your property is located in one of these countries, you're ready to list with us. If not, we'd love to have you when we expand to your area.

How to get started

Follow these simple steps to create your listing:

  1. Visit https://www.holidu.com/host to create your host account
  2. Complete the account registration form with your details
  3. Click "Create a new property" once your account is set up
  4. Fill in your property information and upload photos
  5. Submit all required documentation for verification

If you already use a channel manager tool, please still submit the form on our platform.

Understanding the review process

New listings aren't published immediately. Your property will remain in "pending" or "review" status while our team verifies your information. This typically includes checking:

  • Complete property details (address, photos, amenities, description)
  • Legal documentation specific to your country (such as NRA registration in Spain or business licenses)
  • Account verification (identity check and valid bank details)
  • Compliance with platform guidelines and local regulations

Common questions

Why hasn't my property been published yet?

There are several reasons why your listing might still be under review. Most commonly, we're waiting for missing information, incomplete documentation, or account verification. Check that you've provided all required fields and submitted any legal documents your country requires.

I'm stuck during setup. What should I do?

Check for any missing mandatory fields (usually marked with an asterisk or red highlight). Ensure your bank details, tax information, and identity verification are complete. If you still need help, contact our Sales team at sales@holidu.com.

When will my listing go live?

Once you've submitted all required information and documentation, our team reviews your property. After approval, you'll receive an email notification and your listing will appear on Holidu and our partner sites. Review timeframes vary, but if you haven't heard back after several business days, reach out to our Sales team.
