What are the steps to list my property?

1. Check that your property is in a covered country.
2. Go to holidu.com/host and create your account.
3. Click "Create a new property."
4. Add your property details, photos, amenities, and required legal documents.
5. Submit your listing for review.

How long does it take for my listing to go live?

New listings are reviewed manually, so they stay in "pending" or "review" status until approved. You will receive an email once your listing is live on Holidu and partner sites. Review times vary, so allow several business days.

Why is my property not published yet?

• The address is outside our covered countries.
• Required details or photos are missing.
• Legal documents, such as a business license, are incomplete.
• Account information, such as identity or bank details, needs verification.
