How can I list my property on Holidu?
Getting your property listed on Holidu is straightforward. We operate across selected European countries, so your first step is to verify that your property is located in one of our covered regions.

Holidu currently operates in the following countries:
- Spain
- Portugal
- Italy
- Greece
- Germany
- France
- Austria
- Croatia
If your property is in one of these countries, you're ready to get started.
How to get started
Follow these simple steps to list your property:
- Visit https://www.holidu.com/host to create your host account
- Complete the registration form with your property location and details
- Once your account is created, click "Create a new property"
- Fill in all required property information including address, photos, amenities, and house rules
- Submit your property for review
If you already use a separate channel manager tool, you can still submit the form to list on Holidu.
What happens after submission?
New listings go through a verification process before publication. Your listing will remain in "pending" or "review" status until all required information and documentation are approved by our team.
Why isn't my property published yet?
If your property hasn't been published, it could be because:
- Your property location is outside our covered countries
- Required property details are missing (photos, amenities, or descriptions)
- Legal documentation hasn't been verified (such as business licenses or tax registration)
- Account information needs verification (identity confirmation or valid bank details)
- Your property doesn't meet our platform guidelines or local regulations
I'm stuck during setup
If you encounter issues while setting up your listing, check that:
- All mandatory fields are completed (marked with an asterisk or red highlight)
- Your bank, tax, and identity information is fully submitted
- You've responded to any documentation requests from our team

How long does publication take?
After you submit all required information and documentation, our sales team reviews your property. Once approved, you'll receive an email notification and your listing will become visible on Holidu and our partner sites. Review timeframes vary depending on the completeness of your submission.
