How do I create a new property listing?

We're excited that you want to add a new property to Holidu! It's quick and easy to set up directly from your account. Follow these 9 simple steps to get your property listed.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Start by logging into your Holidu account. Once you're in, click on "Properties" to begin the listing process.

Step 2: Add a New Property

Inside the Properties section, click the "+ Add Property" button in the top left corner to start creating your new listing.

Step 3: Choose Your Property Structure

Select whether your property is a single structure (one dwelling unit) or a multi-unit property (several units at the same address). Pick the option that best describes your property.

Step 4: Confirm Your Booking Platform Status

We'll ask if your property is already listed on other booking platforms (such as Booking.com or Airbnb). Answering this helps us manage your listing more effectively.

Step 5: Enter the Property Name

Give your property a clear, memorable name that's easy for potential guests to understand.

Step 6: Select Property Type and Guest Capacity

Choose your property type from options like Finca, apartment, chalet, vacation home, villa, or hotel-apartment. Then specify the maximum number of guests it can accommodate.

Important note: Hotel rooms and rentals where you reside in the property during the guest's stay cannot be listed on Holidu.

Step 7: Add Your Property Location

Enter your property's full address. You'll also need to provide geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude) to pinpoint your property accurately on our platform.

Step 8: Provide Your Email Address

Enter the email address associated with your Holidu account.

Step 9: Request Publication

Click "Request Publication" to complete the process. Your Account Manager will contact you to finalize all necessary details and publish your listing.

What Happens Next?

Once you submit your publication request, our team will review your property information and reach out to you. Your Account Manager will help you complete any additional details needed to make your listing go live and start attracting guests.
