How do I create a new property listing?

Creating a new property listing on Holidu is straightforward. Follow these steps to get your property online and ready for bookings.

Step-by-step guide

1. Log in and access Properties

Start by logging into your Holidu account. Once logged in, click on "Properties" in your dashboard to begin creating your listing.

2. Click Add Property

Look for the "+ Add Property" button in the top left corner on desktop, or "+ Add" in the bottom right corner on the mobile app. Click this button to start the setup process.

3. Choose your property structure

Select whether your property is a single structure (one dwelling unit) or a multi-unit property (several units at the same address).

4. Check existing listings

Holidu will ask if your property is already listed on other booking platforms like Booking.com or Airbnb. If yes, you can import existing information to speed up the process.

5. Enter property details

Provide the following information:

• Property name
• Property type (finca, apartment, chalet, vacation home, villa, hotel-apartment, etc.)
• Maximum guest capacity based on available sleeping places

6. Set the location

Enter your property's full address and adjust the map pin to mark the exact location of your property.

7. Add host email (property managers only)

If you're a property manager, enter the email address of the host account associated with this property.

What happens next

After creating your property with basic information, you'll need to complete your listing by adding photos, descriptions, and other details. Once finished, click "Request Publication" to submit your listing for review. Your Account Manager will then contact you to finalize everything and publish your property across distribution channels.

Important notes

• Hotel rooms and properties where the host resides during the guest's stay cannot be listed on Holidu
• Your declared guest capacity cannot exceed the total sleeping places provided by your rooms and beds
• Minimum guest requirements are not currently available as a configuration option
