How do I create a new property listing?

We're excited that you want to add a new property to Holidu! It's quick and easy to do directly from your account. Just follow these simple steps to get your listing created.

Step-by-step guide to creating a property listing

1. Log in to your account

Start by logging into your Holidu account. Once you're in, click on "Properties" in your dashboard to begin the process.

2. Add a new property

You'll see the "+ Add Property" button in the top left corner on desktop, or "+ Add" in the bottom right corner if you're using the app. Click this button to start setting up your new listing.

3. Choose your property type structure

Select whether your property is a single structure (one dwelling unit) or a multi-unit property (several units at the same address). Pick the option that best describes your property.

4. Import existing listing information (optional)

We'll ask if your property is already listed on another booking platform, such as Booking.com or Airbnb. If yes, you can import some of your listing information directly to Holidu, which speeds up the configuration process.

5. Enter your property name

Give your property a clear, descriptive name that's easy for potential guests to understand.

6. Select property type and guest capacity

Choose what type of property it is from options such as finca, apartment, chalet, vacation home, villa, or hotel-apartment. Then specify the maximum number of guests your property can accommodate.

Important note: You cannot currently set a minimum number of guests. Hotel rooms and rentals where the host resides in the same property during the guest's stay cannot be listed on Holidu.

7. Add your property location

Enter your property's full address and move the pin on the map to mark the exact location of your property.

8. Provide the host email address (property managers only)

If you're managing this property for another host, enter the email address associated with the host account.

What happens next

Your property is now created with its basic information. Before your listing goes live, you'll need to fully configure it by adding photos, descriptions, pricing, availability, and house rules. Once you've completed these details, click "Request Publication." Your Account Manager will then contact you to finalize any remaining details and publish your listing across our distribution channels.
