First 3 bookings discount

Automatically applied to your first 3 bookings when you list a new property, helping you build initial reviews and visibility.

Mobile discount

Target guests booking from mobile devices with a dedicated discount to increase conversion from app and mobile browsers.

Loyalty discount

A fixed 10% discount for repeat guests. This discount is only available for properties with a minimum of 3 reviews on both Holidu and Booking.com, with an average score of 7.5 or higher on each platform.

Early bird discount

Reward guests who book in advance by setting your preferred lead time. The discount applies automatically to qualifying bookings.

Last-minute discount

Fill last-minute availability with short-notice bookings. Set your discount percentage and how many days before check-in the offer activates.

Weekly discount

Encourage longer stays of 7 nights or more with a dedicated discount that rewards extended bookings.

Direct booking discount

Offer guests a discount when they book directly through your own website or embedded booking module, helping you keep more of your earnings while giving guests added value.

How to set up discounts and flexible stays

Log in to your Holidu Host Account and navigate to Configuration → Discounts. You control all parameters: set the discount percentages, choose the time windows for early bird and last-minute offers, and adjust minimum stay requirements. You can use Holidu's local market pricing recommendations to align each setting with demand in your area. Select Configure, adjust your parameters according to your property's needs, and click Activate to save your changes.
