Providing clear arrival instructions ensures your guests have a smooth check-in experience. Follow these simple steps to add or update your arrival information in your Holidu Hosts account.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Holidu Hosts account and select your property.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click on Configuration.
  3. Scroll down and select Arrival Information.
  4. Click Edit to add or update your details, including:
    • Key collection information
    • Directions to the property
    • Any other special check-in instructions
  5. Save your changes.

Using the AI Improvement Tool

After entering your arrival instructions, you'll see an "Improve with AI" button that automatically rewrites your check-in instructions into a clear, structured format. Your guests will receive this improved version in their confirmation emails.

Translating Your Instructions

After saving, use the Language Selector to translate your arrival information into all supported languages. This ensures guests receive instructions in their preferred language automatically.

Important Information

The arrival information you provide (contact details, key collection instructions, and directions) is automatically sent to guests after they confirm a booking. If you update these details after bookings are already made, you must personally inform those guests about the changes.
