  3. Report an Issue: If you identify an error, click on "Fix or report an issue."
  4. Select the Appropriate Scenario: You will be prompted to select which of the following scenarios applies to your situation:
    • Option A: The address is wrong in the Holidu App
    • Option B: The address is correct in the Holidu App, but wrong in other portal(s)

Important Information About Address Changes

Grace Period

You have a 24-hour grace period to report address inconsistencies. It is important to report any errors within this timeframe to avoid potential complications with confirmed bookings.

Documentation Requirements

To process address changes for external channels, particularly Booking.com, a recent utility bill is mandatory. Acceptable documents include:

  • Electricity bill
  • Internet bill
  • Water bill
  • Other official utility statements showing your property's exact address

Updates to third-party platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com typically take 7 to 14 days to process and display.
