When potential guests browse listings, photos are the first thing they see. Professional photography makes a significant difference in how your property is perceived:

Holidu Professional Photography Service

We offer a free professional photography service in our focus regions. Please note the following:

• The professional photography service is only available in Focus Regions.
• In certain areas, the service may not be available.
• Availability depends on photographer coverage in the specific geographic area.
• Not all properties are automatically eligible.

Important Considerations About Your Photos

Whether you use our professional photography service or upload your own photos, keep these points in mind:

• Photos taken by Holidu professionals are not reviewed before they go live on the listing. Our photography team selects and orders them based on channel performance data.
• All hosts, including those with professional Holidu photos, can fully manage their galleries.
• Holidu keeps a backup of all professional photos. If you delete one by mistake, please contact support through the Assistant to restore it.
• Professional photos are the property of Holidu and are not available for purchase by hosts.

Guidelines for Uploading Your Own Photos

If you choose to upload your own photos, follow these best practices to maximize their effectiveness:

• The first photo in the gallery is used as the main display image across partner channels.
• Gallery order affects booking performance — use high-quality, well-lit photos for your cover shot and first few images.
• Videos are not supported. Images only.
• Supported formats are JPG, PNG, HEIC/HEIF, WebP, TIFF, and AVIF, within the platform's file-size limits.
• Photos must be in landscape orientation.
• Use good lighting to capture the best shots.
• Use wide angles to capture the full scope of your property.
• Upload at least 10 photos.
• Minimum resolution: 1,024 × 768 pixels.
• Recommended resolution: 2,000 pixels on the long edge for high-quality images.

How to Manage Your Property Gallery

Managing your photos is simple. Follow these steps to add, delete, and reorder your property gallery:

1. Log in to your Holidu host account and select the property you want to edit.
2. Click the Photos tab in the property navigation bar.
3. To add new photos, click Add Photo and upload images from your device. In the Holidu app, allow Holidu to access images from your phone first.
4. To delete a photo, click it and select Delete, then confirm. (Holidu keeps a backup of all photos, so deleted images can be restored on request.)
5. To reorder, click and hold a photo, drag it to the position you want, and drop it.
6. Click Save changes after any edit so your updates take effect.
