You have full control over your property's pricing structure. Update these details anytime to reflect market conditions, seasons, or your availability:
- Seasons and pricing: Set your nightly and weekend rates, including minimum stay requirements, preferred check-in and check-out days, and seasonal availability adjustments.
- Guest discounts: Create discount offers to attract bookings for longer stays or specific periods.
- Additional charges: Manage cleaning fees, tourism taxes, security deposits, and per-guest charges for extra visitors.
General property information you can update
Keep your core property details current to ensure guests know exactly what to expect:
- Property type and guest capacity: Update your property classification and maximum number of guests, ensuring compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements.
- Check-in and check-out times: Customize your property's check-in and check-out hours. These times indicate when you or a designated representative will be available, or when lockbox access will be provided, to welcome guests at no extra charge.
- Advance booking notice: Set how far in advance guests must book, with options ranging from same-day bookings (by 3 p.m.) to up to 3 days before check-in.
