Step 1: Log in to Your Holidu Host Account

Visit your Holidu Host Account and log in with your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Online Check-in

In the left side menu, click on "Tools" and then select "Online Check-in".

Step 3: Configure Your Property

You will see a list of your properties displayed on this page. Locate the property you want to connect to Ertzaintza and click the "Configure" button next to it.

Step 4: Activate Automatic Sending to Police

On the configuration form, locate and click on the option "Activate automatic sending to police".

Step 5: Select Ertzaintza and Enter Credentials

From the dropdown menu, select "Ertzaintza" as your local authority. Enter your Ertzaintza username and password in the designated fields.
