How to Update Your Contact Details and Account Information

Keeping your account information up to date ensures smooth communication with guests and helps avoid issues at check-in. You can update your email, language, phone number, billing information, bank details, and more directly from your Holidu host account.

Where to Find Your Settings

To access your account settings, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Holidu account
  2. Click on the Holidu logo in the top right corner
  3. From the dropdown menu, select the section you want to update:
    • Account – for personal information, bank information, reports, certificates, and your agreement
    • Security – for email and password changes
  4. You can also navigate through the left-hand menu once you're in the Account area

1. Update Your Email Address

Your email address is essential for account security and communications from Holidu.

  1. Go to Security
  2. In the Email section, click Edit
  3. Enter your new email address
  4. Click Save

2. Change Your Preferred Language

Select your preferred language for your Holidu account interface and communications.

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll down to Settings
  3. Click Edit next to Language
  4. Choose your preferred language from the list
  5. Click Save

3. Update Your Phone Number

Keeping your phone number current helps guests contact you and allows Holidu to reach you if needed.

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll to Billing Information
  3. Click Edit
  4. Enter your updated phone number
  5. Click Save

4. Edit Your Billing Information

Update your billing details to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll to Billing Information
  3. Click Edit
  4. Update any of the following:
    • Organization name
    • Billing address
    • Tax details
  5. Click Save

5. Edit Your Bank Details

Your bank details are used for payouts. Changes to your bank information are processed securely through our payment partner.

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll to Bank Information
  3. Click Edit
  4. You will be redirected to our secure partner Adyen
  5. Follow the steps provided to update your bank details
  6. Click Save once complete

6. Download Your Agreement

You can download a copy of your signed Holidu agreement at any time for your records.

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll to Your Agreement
  3. Click Download to save a copy to your device

Important Considerations

Some account changes require a new agreement to be signed. These include:

  • Changing your organization name
  • Changing the account holder name
  • Changing from an individual account to a legal entity account (or vice versa)
  • Updating bank details with a different account holder
