Keeping your account information up to date ensures smooth communication with guests and helps avoid issues at check-in. You can update your email, language, phone number, billing information, bank details, and more directly from your Holidu account. This guide will walk you through each step to manage your account settings effectively.

Where to Find Your Settings

To access your account settings, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Holidu account
2. Click on the Holidu Logo in the top right corner
3. From the dropdown menu, select the section you want to update:
   • Account - for general settings, personal information, bank information, reports and certificates, and your agreement
   • Security - for email and password changes
4. You can also navigate through the left-hand menu once you're in the Account area

1. Update Your Email Address

How do I change my email address on Holidu?

Your email address is essential for receiving important notifications about your bookings and account. Here's how to update it:

1. Go to Security in your account settings
2. In the Email section, click Edit
3. Enter your new email address
4. Note: The new email address cannot already be registered with Holidu
5. Click Save to confirm your changes

2. Change Your Preferred Language

How can I change the language settings on my Holidu account?

You can customize your account interface to display in your preferred language. To change this setting:

How do I update my bank account information?

Your bank details are securely managed through our payment partner Adyen. Follow these steps to update your banking information:

1. Go to Account
2. Scroll to Bank Information
3. Click Edit
4. You'll be redirected to our secure partner Adyen
5. If you already have an IBAN configured, click to delete the existing IBAN
6. Configure your new IBAN and follow the steps to complete the update
7. Click Save once you've finished

6. Download Your Agreement

Where can I find and download my Holidu agreement?

You can access and download a copy of your signed Holidu agreement at any time:

1. Go to Account
2. Scroll to Your Agreement
3. Click Download to save a copy of your signed agreement to your device

Important Considerations: Changes That Require a New Agreement

Certain account changes trigger the need for a new agreement. These include:

• Changing your organization name
• Changing the account holder name
• Switching from an individual account to a legal entity (or vice versa)
• Updating bank details with a different account holder name
