How to Connect Your Property?

Follow these simple steps to get your property connected to AVS:

Step 1: Access the Account Configuration

In your Holidu App, click on the Holidu Logo, select the "Account" section and click "Configure" under the "Online guest registration" section.

Step 2: Select Your Property

You will see the list of your properties. Click the "Configure" button next to the property you wish to connect to AVS.

Step 3: Fill Out the Configuration Form

Fill out the corresponding form with the following steps:

  • Check the option "Activate automatic sending to the authority"
  • Make sure that AVS is selected
  • Fill out the rest of the form with your AVS credentials
  • If you don't know how to find your AVS credentials, click on "Where to find those credentials" for guidance

Step 4: Validate Your Information

Click on "Validate" to verify your credentials and settings. If no error message appears, your property is now successfully connected to AVS.

Step 5: Configure Guest Categories

Scroll down the page to configure the name of the guest categories. Guests will see and be able to select those categories when doing the online check-in.

Step 6: Enable Guest Cards (Optional)

Activate the guest card feature if you want to offer guest cards to your guests.

Step 7: Save Your Changes

Click on "Save changes" to apply all your configuration updates.

Step 8: Confirm the Connection

Close the pop-up. You will then see that the connection is "Active", indicating that your property has been successfully connected to AVS.

Yes, you can modify your AVS settings at any time by returning to the same configuration page. Simply access your Account settings, select the property, and make any necessary changes before clicking "Save changes".
